Accusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of shackling bureaucracy, she demanded the action against KJ George. Citing cases of DySP Ganapathi death case and DK Ravi, she pointed that former home minister KJ George's name cropped up in both the cases. "But the CM is still supporting such ministers. It shows that the CM has no respect for the opposition or democratic principles," she said addressing press persons on Friday after visiting Chamundeshwari Temple. "There is no opportunity for prominent officers to serve the people until Siddaramaiah is in power," she said adding that Siddaramaiah was protecting George to impress Sonia Gandhi. The BJP leader said that the Congress would hand over the case to the CBI after destroying all the incriminating evidence.
