The disparity between the State and the Central government employees at present is between 20.51 and 87.78 per cent. If the seventh pay commission is implemented, the disparity will further widen.”Several states have already allocated money for enhancement of salary, including Kerala but the state government is lagging behind in this direction, he pointed out.
