Submitted by alvin on Mon, 2017-02-27 17:47 Bengaluru: In another instance of law makers' ignorance of law, BJP leader Raju Raj named the school, where a three-and-a-half-year-old child was allegedly sexually assaulted, on his Facebook account in violation of POCSO Act. Raju Raj named the school while explaining the BJP's protest held at the school. On his Facebook account, the leader said the protest had forced the school to take note of the anger of parents. But the violation has not gone down well with social media users, many of whom felt that one should be sensitive and restrain from giving out the details of either victim or the school, as prescribed by the Act.The BJP leader's violation follows the irresponsible act of KSCPCR member who uploaded the school's photos on his social media account. Also Read: KSCPCR member violates POCSO, uploads victim school’s picture on social media
