FMCN organises national workshop to celebrate Women’s Day

Mangaluru: The OBG nursing department of the Father Muller College of Nursing celebrated the International Women’s Day by organising a workshop on March 8.

The theme of the workshop was ‘Save a Mother Save a Family: A Bold Step for change.  Dr. Savitha Pramilda Cutinho welcomed the gathering. 

 

Sr. Agnes Frank, a social worker and author of ‘Amrith Thuja Hanthi’, was honored for her untiring service to the community. She is a recipient of Karnataka Sahithya Award. 

Fr. Richard Coelho delivered the presidential address while Pramila DSouza proposed the vote of thanks. The workshop continued with plenary sessions and active skill training drills.
