I know world peace is impossible with the effort of just one man, but the message can surely influence people to understand the value of life which can curb social conflict," says cyclist M Chakravarthy, who is on a tour of south India to spread the message of world peace. A native of Tamil Nadu, Chakravarthy started his journey in 2012, when he moved from Coimbatore to Bengaluru. He has visited several districts in Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu in the last three years, and is now planning to tour South India. A watchman by profession at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Charvarthy says the expenditure on his travel is less since he cycles. "I manage food, breakfast with salary of four months. On the way, some sponsors gave money, accommodation," he says and adds that he visits schools, colleges to inculcate the message of love in young minds. "In villages, people stopped me and inquired about the reason for my travels. When I appraised them, they motivated me further," says Chakravarthy.
