Gayathri Farhan, sub-inspector of police, Bellary has said that the department does not recognise hardwork that women officers put in. In her Facebook Status, Gayathri has posted. Although, she has not detailed about the challenges in the department, her post certainly holds mirror to the plight of women officers in the department. Will the government care to listen to aggrieved women police officers?
