Although France were in possession throughout the match, they still struggled hard to open their account. After a goalless first half, France finally manage to break the deadlock via striker Griezmann's header in the last minute of the match before Payet struck a stoppage-time curler to hand the hosts with a second consecutive win in the tournament. France, who are currently leading the point table, began their quest for a maiden Euro title in 16 years with a battling 2-1 win over Romania, Sport24 reported. Meanwhile, Albania, who lost their opening game against Switzerland, have to beat Romania in their next match in order to stand any chance of qualifying. (ANI)
