Submitted by Editor on Mon, 2017-02-06 22:00 Bengaluru: The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) shot off notice to NPS, Koramangala, for refusing to allow health, education department officials to enter the school campus to discuss the measles and rubella vaccination issue. "It has been informed that school officials didn't even allow the education and health department officials even for courtesy to enter the school campus. These officials wanted to discuss about the measles and rubella drive with school authorities which is mandatory as the government circular," said the notice issued by K L Rameshaiah, BEO, South -3. He also warned appropriate action against the school if it fails to adhere to the government direction. Meanwhile, several private schools have asked parents to give in writing that they had no problem with the vaccination drive.
