Submitted by alvin on Tue, 2017-02-07 18:48 Bengaluru: In a dramatic turn of events, former gangster turned writer and journalist Agni Shreedhar who was being questioned by the police for allegedly threatening Tata Ramesh since morning, collapsed and suffered a mild heart attack on Tuesday. He has been rushed to a hospital and is undergoing treatment. A special team of police had searched his residence at ISRO Layout and recovered two revolvers and live bullets. Shridhar was also accused of allegedly sheltering Rowdy Rohith, an accused in Kogilu Cross shootout. Bengaluru APMC president Kadabagere Srinivas was shot at Kogilu Cross. He is being treated at the hospital. Based on these information, the police detained Agni Shreedhar and were interrogating him since morning. Shridhar who suffers from high blood pressure, collapsed and is said to have suffered mild heart attack during the interrogation. He is admitted to Sagar Apollo Hospital in Kumaraswamy Layout. Additional Police Commissioner Hemanth Nimbalkar told media persons that Agni Shridhar has been accused of threatening Tata Ramesh, said to be a close associate of Kadabagere Srinivas. After obtaining court orders, the police team searched Agni Shridhar's residence.
