Submitted by alvin on Tue, 2017-02-07 13:00 Belagavi: Underworld don Bannanje Raja who is now housed in Hindalaga Central Prisons near here will answer judge's queries through e-court with regard to the alleged murder of businessman RN Naik in 2013. The Karnataka Control of Organised Crime Act (KCOCA) is making all the arrangments to ensure a smooth hearing on February 10. This is the first e-court in the state. Court proceedings will be held through video conferencing where the accused Bannanje Raja will answer judge's queries from the jail, said Principal District Sessions Judge Satish Singh to mediapersons here on Monday. Bannanje Raja and 16 others were arrested with regard to the alleged murder of businessman Naik from Uttar Kannada district. The case is being heard in KCOCA court.
