Rava Idli in a jiffy

Ingredients:
500 gm Semolina (Rava/Sooji)
1 Sachet Eno
1Cup Curd (Dahi)
2 Big Spoon Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/2 Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
1/2 Fenugreek (Methi)
1/2 Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal)
1/2 Split Beans(Urad Dal)
5-6 Curry Leaves
Green Chilli
Salt as per Taste



Instructions:
Take a pan and add oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, green chilli and fry well. Then add chickpeas, split beans and fry till it becomes golden brown. Now add semolina and fry till it becomes golden brown. Keep aside this mixture and let it cool.
Once the mixture cools down, add curd, salt, and mix it well. Finally, add ENO and immediately pour the mixture into the idli maker.
Let it cook for 5 minutes. Check with a knife. If the mixture doesn't stick to the knife, idli is ready.
Enjoy with chutney.
