Take a big bowl and add boiled rice, chopped onion, Chenopodium, semolina, gram flour, red chilli, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and mix well. Add little water, make soft dough and make small balls.
Take a heavy bottom pan and add oil on medium flame. Now, put rice balls into the oil, fry till they become golden brown.
Rice ball is ready to serve. Enjoy with evening tea.
