1 Cup Grapes
2 Cup Boiled Potatoes
1 Bowl Semolina
1/2 Spoon Cumin Powder
Sendha Namak to taste
Green Chilli (Chopped)
Oil to Fry
Mash boiled potatoes adding little salt. Take a bowl, cut the grapes into small pieces, add salt, cumin powder, coriander, green chilli and mix well.
Now, take the mashed potatoes and make them into small round shapes. Fill the grape stuffing and fold it into a kabab shape.
Put the skillet on medium heat and put the kababs. Brush them with little oil and fry them on both sides till golden brown.
Grape Potato Kabab is ready. Enjoy with coriander chutney.
