How to make Crispy Potaco


Mash potatoes, then add salt, cumin powder, chopped chilli and make a soft dough. In a bowl, take grated coconut, add salt, raisins, cashews, fresh coriander and mix well. Now, take the potato mixture, roll it into a small bread, put the coconut stuffing upon the bread and roll it into a cylindrical shape. Cover the bread in rice flour.

Take a heavy bottom pan and add oil. Once the pan is hot, put the bread and fry till golden brown colour.
Crispy Potato is ready.

Enjoy with tomato sauce and chutney.
