Submitted by alvin on Sat, 2016-04-23 15:39 Washington: A large number of Pakistani-Americans recently staged a protest outside the Indian Embassy in Washington, demanding an end to alleged intervention by New Delhi in Balochistan. The Dawn reports that Pakistani-Americans from the districts of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland took part in the protest. Some of them were carrying placards of alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav, who was arrested recently in Balochistan. They regretted that India was encouraging separatist elements in Pakistan and urged the U.S. government to use its influence to stop this intervention. This peaceful demonstration in one of Washington's busiest areas drew the attention of scores of people.(ANI)
