'ISI DG' Urges Pak Govt to Attack Bangalore?!

Submitted by Subeditor on Sat, 2015-12-19 18:10 A twitter account in the name of Lieutenant-General Rizwan Akhter who is currently heading the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is pushing the Bengalureans into panic as his recent tweet urges the Pakistan government to lead an immediate military surgical attack on Bangalore.   The twitter post renders, “Indian Gov is building nuclear city near Bangalore. Pak army should lead surgical military strike immediately on this nuclear sites." Indian Gov is building "Nuclear City" near Bangalore. Pak Army should Lead Surgical Military Strike immediately on this Nuclear Sites. — Gen Rizwaan Akhter (@DGISIpk) December 19, 2015       The post appeared on Saturday at around 2 pm and in a sudden response the same was retweeted by another Twitter account in the name “Hafeez Saeed” where the profile picture was that of the Jama'at- Ud- Da'wah Chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed.     Though the authenticity of the Twitter account remains a mystery, the tweet is definitely sending shivers up the spines of the city inhabitants with it becoming a hot topic in the public sphere.   However, several Indian and foreign media sections had earlier published reports saying that India is secretly planning to build Asia's largest military-run complex for nuclear centrifuges near Chitradurga. Meanwhile, the authorities concerned like to maintain that it is just a hoax. Meanwhile, speaking to Bfirst.in, Alok Mohan, ADGP (Law and Order), said that normally intelligence won't carry such statements openly in social media. “I think it must be a fake account and guess some miscreants are doing it. Also it is a joke to know that India has a nuclear plant near Challakere. Anyhow I didn't see the post and certainly we will verify the facts,” he added.
