Submitted by alvin on Sat, 2016-05-14 20:23 Bengaluru: With a view to provide a platform for the young entrepreneurs to kick-start their business and also help them with details of various schemes and subsidies of the government, Roshnii Foundation had organised Young India Conclave 2016, a workshop for budding entrepreneurs. Speaking on this occasion, Mehroz Khan, Founder, Roshnii Foundation said, “Most of the budding entrepreneurs face difficulties in the initial days or may not be able to reach their desired target. Hence, we decided to provide them a platform where everything about having a startup was available.” Besides, the workshop also focused on funding procedures also in the form of government subsidies, income tax process and other banking procedures. About 300 start-up enthusiasts participated. Narendra Jadhav, MP, Dr Charan Singh, Professor at IIMB, Gopal Pillai, Director Amazon, Rajni Mishra, Chief General Manager of SBI, Dr Rajeev Gowda, MP and Shalini Rajneesh Principal Secretary, Government Backward Classes Welfare Department were present on this occasion.
