The 50-year-old artiste had alleged that the seer had repeatedly raped her and threatened her with dire consequences.Following a complaint lodged with Girinagar police, the pontiff had moved the court seeking to set aside the complaint. The trial court earlier this month had ruled in favour of the seer by dismissing the charges against him.
