Addressing a press conference here at Bangalore Press Club , the office bearers of BVS said that though the Siddaramaiah government assured “Ahinda Governance” he has miserably failed to keep up his promises. “On this regard we will stage a protest in Bengaluru from February 3 to 5. The government of Siddaramaiah has bowed down to the influence of private sector. A recent survey conducted by the Indian Institute of Planning has revealed that 94 percent of the employees working IT sector are belonging to one particular Upper caste. Though there is reservation is prevailing in government sector there is no enough vacancies to accommodate the educated aspirants. Hence, the reservation in private sector can only eradicate unemployment among lower class,” They added.
