But, excitement made way for disappointment, when he could not meet her after waiting from eleven in the morning to three in afternoon.Yes! It was the condition of French consulate official Pascal Mazurier, who was accused of raping his daughter in July 2012. Court had given him a permission to meet his daughter between 11 AM to 3pm on Thursday. Eager to meet the child, Mazurier and his mother had arrived at a coffee shop near Malleswaram waited for a long time.
