The order was issued following a petition filed by Madani to club all nine cases registered against him and others in the serial blast cases. Madani had moved the Supreme Court this month seeking clubbing of nine cases for which the SC asked him to approach the trail court. Admitting the plea, the trail court on Friday said that in order to club all the cases fresh evidence had to be submitted by the investigating agency. Besides all the witnesses, who have been already examined, have to be summoned again. This would cause inordinate delay, the court said, adding that it would complete the trial in 15 months. The court’s order would be sent to the SC as per the directions. PUsman, Counsel for Maudani, said that he would present the trail court order before the Supreme Court for further direction.
