Submitted by Editor on Fri, 2015-12-25 21:08 Mangaluru: Mangaluru East police registered a case against 22 men including a Bajrang Dal co-convener as they allegedly uploaded derogatory statements against a woman social activist, who condemned the organisation’s move to prevent the screening of Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Dilwale’ in Mangaluru. The key accused who uploaded derogatory status against a woman social activist has been identified as Puneethraj. According to the complaint registered at Mangaluru East police station by social activist Vidya Dinkar on Friday, the accused Puneethraj had uploaded a comment on social media condemning the move of Vidya Dinkar as she objected the move of Bajrang Dal of preventing Shah Rukh Khan's film ‘Dilwale’ to be screened in Mangaluru. The accused opined in his status that the social activist should be raped and killed. Vidya Dinkar also lodged complaint against other 21 people, who commented on the post using derogatory words on the Facebook page `Veera Kesari`. A case has been registered at Mangaluru East police station in this regard and investigation is on.
